Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Banking Customer Service Representative for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails from customers regarding their financial accounts
• Reset online banking passwords
• Research customer questions
• Update account information in bank’s portal system

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the Customer Service capacity (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Banking experience is preferred
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Ability to work some weekend hours
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test
