Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Client Services Manager for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC. This position is a direct-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via phone, email, and face-to-face contact
  • Assist management with both internal and external projects
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for internal controls and procedures
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations results
  • Participate in the preparation of marketing efforts, customer satisfaction surveys, and client meetings
  • Develop educational materials for new and existing customers
  • Attend trade shows and conduct in-services for new business
  • Serve as a direct liaison for customer requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a business-to-business Sales/Client Services role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong decision-making, communication, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to process large amounts of data and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
