Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join a local company in the Raleigh area. This position will canvas and respond to lead generation efforts, developing customer relationships, driving new business, and establishing the client as a trusted business partner.
Responsibilities:
• Developing new business via telephone and mass communication to introduce the interactive solution and identify appropriate buyers within the targeted markets
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects and secure meetings
• Work with the Regional Sales Managers to develop and grow their sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
• Provide follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
• Conduct a needs analysis and determine the prospect’s pain points to assist the Regional Sales Manager
• Identify the key individuals influencing purchasing decisions to determine any timeline and budget constraints
• Log and review all data for new and prospective clients in CRM ensuring all information is accurate
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards for the assigned Regional Sales managers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
• Healthcare experience a plus
• 1 year of prior lead generation or business to business inside sales experience
• Demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include grammatically correct speaking and writing, a focus on a good telephone voice, excellent listening skills
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) and have the ability to learn and successfully navigate a CRM tool
