Accentuate Staffing is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a jewelry distributor in the Raleigh area.  This position is temporary for 6-9 months.  The schedule is Mon-Fri 9a-6p with occasional overtime and some Saturdays. Responsibilities:

  • Answer questions and concerns from customers
  • Document all daily processes
  • Record customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ account records

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing.
  • Be organized and familiar with computers, having good data entry skills and the ability to read and interpret order and related information from the systems and from printed reports.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook
  • High School Diploma
  • Able to pass a drug and background check.
