Accentuate Staffing is currently looking for a Customer Contact Representative to join a major banking corporation in Raleigh, NC.  This position assists both commercial customers and internal staff with treasury services and online banking needs.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and effectively service commercial customers and internal staff regarding companies web site, online banking, business online banking and treasury services.
  • Address detailed problems, merger transitions, product development, and troubleshooting and other advanced problems solving situations. The incumbent must be an energetic, fast learner, and able to work within a fast paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service, contact center, financial services, and web based applications experience is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Problem solving skills
  • Must have the flexibility to work between the hours of 7am and 7pm Mon-Fri and occasional weekends
