Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join an established company in the Raleigh area.   This position will interact with students, parents, and campus professionals in a courteous manner to deliver information in answer to inquiries.

Responsibilities:
-Communicate information to assist students, parents, and campus professionals.
-Assist end-users with on-line applications from website.
-Assist colleges and universities with processes and services.
-Attend training to keep abreast of changes to general procedures and information.
-Assist management as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
-At least 1-2 years of previous customer service experience in a call center
-Ability to maintain composure and avoid aggressive behavior in very difficult situations
-Basic PC and keyboarding skills
-Great attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to meet and manage customer expectations in a professional and timely manner
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Flexibility/Adaptability
-Ability to work well with others in a friendly non-competitive environment
