Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable personal injury law firm in the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain litigation docket/ calendar: Deadlines for pleadings, motions, & court appearances
• Heavy communication with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, & medical providers
• Working with 65-75 open files
• Supporting one lawyer

Requirements:

• 5 years as a litigation paralegal
• Knowledge of laws, statutes, court procedures and rules
• Experience with Commencement of Action, Discovery, Mediation, Settlements, Appeals, & Arbitration
