Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Corporate Collections Specialist to join a local company in the Morrisville area.   This position will be responsible for collecting debts from clients and establishing best practice collection procedures. They will also be responsible for identifying, researching and resolving issues that may prevent payment within our payment terms.  This is a temporary, contract assignment.

Responsibilities:

-Take incoming calls from clients
-Document and follow up on client issues
-Establish and follow documented issue resolution procedures as well as escalation procedures.
-Establish best practice collection practices
-Research and resolve issues
-Make outbound collection calls
-Follow and improve upon established collections procedures
-Work with team members and managers to ensure performance standards met/maintained

Requirements:

-4-year degree or equivalent work experience in related area
-Proven ability to accurately assess and resolve customer complaints/issues.
-Prior Corporate Collections experience
-SAP or ORACLE experience is a MUST HAVE
