A leading technology firm located in Durham is looking to add exceptional candidates to their growing team! This company provides an industry leading video discovery platform, offering personalized search, recommendations, social discovery, mood discovery, sports discovery and business console for all connected devices.  This position is on their night shift which hours are 5pm-2am Monday-Friday with possible weekend shifts as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and staff scheduling
• Ensure quality control through review and metrics
• Assist with creation and maintenance of operational process and documentation
• Daily operational shift preparation
• Perform tagging activities during media tagging specialists breaks
• Watch video content (such as TV shows, movies, sports, etc.)
• Tagging required content metadata
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule
• High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ideal candidate will have broad knowledge and passion for television, movies and sports
• Technically savvy
• Must be independent, organized and proactive
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail
• Must be able to solve problems under pressure
