Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join an established company in the Raleigh area. This position will operate under the direct supervision of the Chief Operation Officer.
• Phone Support: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering incoming telephone lines in a prompt and professional manner, transferring phone calls to the appropriate employees. Opening service tickets within CRM software when customers call in for technical support.
• Customer Relations: Responsible for providing Customer Service and Support to all Customers related to sales and service. Greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Office Management: Ensure Kitchen supplies are always stocked. Set up and clean up conference room for customer visits. Ordering office supplies and keeping up stock and creating purchase orders. Prepare outgoing mail and federal express as needed.
• Accounting Support: Lend Administrative support to the Accounting Department as needed. Support the service department in administrative duties and customer support. Help other departments as needed.
• Work Hours: Standard hours of work are from 8:00a.m. until 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday. Overtime is expected if needed.
