Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Entry Level Customer Service Representative for a client of ours in Durham, NC. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Enter, track, and process client orders
• Assist with account set-up and billing information for customers
• Document all information in the organization’s computer database
• Prepare monthly reports for management team utilizing Excel

Requirements

• College Degree
• Previous Office or Internship experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
