Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Order Fulfillment Manager to join an established company in the Cary/Apex area.   This role will manage and work closely with the Order Entry & Customer Service teams as well as our Warehouse team, Sales Team and partners to ensure the timely fulfillment of all orders across various channels of distribution. This is a dire-hire opportunity.

Requirements:
• Direct, coach and mentor the order entry & customer service teams to manage customer purchase orders from data entry through shipment confirmation, ensuring orders are fulfilled and shipped on time.
• Thorough understanding of entire ecommerce processes from data transmissions to fulfillment to customer service.
• Operational/functional understanding of ecommerce technologies and websites
• Compare and evaluate possible courses of options related to customers’ orders and make appropriate decisions after various possibilities have been considered.
• Work with the team to communicate any order allocation issues in a timely manner with the appropriate stake holders (Sales, Accounting, Inbound Logistics, Warehouse, etc.) and champion the corresponding solutions
• Direct the overall workload related to the Order Entry and Customer Service departments to maximize efficient work flow from purchase order received through order filled and shipped.
• Direct the automatic and manual allocations for customer purchase orders and communicate any work flow disruptions to the necessary stake holders for resolution.
• Work with the team to track inbound product arrivals against order required ship dates; partner with the inventory planning and inbound logistics departments to achieve on-time order fulfillment, while communicating any delays or issues to all appropriate parties. (sr. leadership, the customer and sales).
• Work with the appropriate team members (IT and/or EDI CSR) to validate the complete, accurate and timely processing of all EDI transactions.
• Analyzes and resolves customer concerns based on established procedures
• Ability to quickly learn ERP system to create and generate reports and review data that is critical in supporting Sales and processing customer requests

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 5 years of industry experience in an Order Allocation/Fulfillment Leadership role
• Experience managing and motivating a team; regularly supervises a team of at least 10 individuals
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks and act with autonomy and limited supervision
• Proficiency with an ERP system(s)
• Proactive thinking and the ability to recommend best in class processes
• Proficiency in MS Office programs with an emphasis on Excel
