Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Durham, NC that is looking for a Service Manager to join their team. The Service Manager will lead a team of mobile technicians that cover the North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia areas. Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of eight mobile technicians who provide onsite service of floor machines, laundry systems, ware washing equipment and packaging machinery.
• Oversee all scheduling, parts inventories and new equipment set up and installation.
• Manage the purchasing of pumps, motors, replacement parts and supplies to support the technicians.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience successfully managing a service and repair operation.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Candidate must be able to lift and carry 50 – 100 pounds without assistance.
• Knowledge of overall electro-mechanical equipment repair is essential.
• Experience with electric motor repair, vacuum systems, logic boards and circuitry, programmable peristaltic pump installation/calibration, commercial washer programming is highly desired, as is a desire to learn and teach others.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
