Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Part-time Accountant to join a Healthcare Technology Company in the Morrisville area.   This position will work 20-25 hours per week. The ideal candidate would possess a solid understanding of Accounting Principles.

Requirements:

-Setting up Vendors in QuickBooks
-Accounts Payable
-Accounts Receivable
-Journal entries
-Bank reconciliations
-Prepaids and Fixed Assets
-Assist with ACH Wire Transfers
-Assist with Year End audit schedules
-Budgeting
-Payroll

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
-5+ years Accounting experience
-QuickBooks experience is a must; QuickBooks on-line strongly desired
-Strong Organizational skills; Detail Oriented
