Accentuate Staffing is looking for an experienced accounts payable professional to join our client in RTP, NC.  The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will need strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, and be open to new and developing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coding invoices and check requests with the proper GL account, Purchase Order, cost center and Internal Order.
• Routing out invoices and check requests within 24 hours of receipt.
• Checking AP mailbox (email and paper mail).
• Checking AP inquiries email box, researching issues, and replying to inquirer timely and accurately.
• Vendor maintenance.
• Assisting with the preparing of wire payment support.
• Assisting with projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience required
• SAP experience desired
• Microsoft Excel efficiency preferred (Intermediate level)
• Experience with a general ledger accounting system required
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Able to multi-task
• Able to work independently
