Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Accountant/ Bookkeeper to join a small CPA Firm in North Raleigh.  This position will be responsible for gathering data for financial statements, financial closings, payroll and processing AP and AR for multiple small business clients in the area.

Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices
• Assist with Financial Statements and Financial Closings
• Gathering data for Payroll
• Process monthly payments of benefits online, posting to system
• Process monthly sales tax reports online, posting to system
• Process all credit card charges
• Perform Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
• Assist with preparation of monthly journal entries and accruals
• Assist with billing to customers and posting customer payments to system
• Calculate and process certain month-end journal entries

Requirements: 
• 5+ years Accounting/Bookkeeping experience.
• Strong ability to use MS Excel and Word
• Keen attention to details
• Keen analytical skills
• Highly organized
