Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for  a Lead Generation Specialist to join a local company in the Cary area.   This position drives qualified leads to the sales force in the form of scheduled meetings or confirmed follow up communications. The Lead Generation Specialist aids the attainment of sales KPIs through new efficiencies, sales and marketing alignment, and focus around new sales opportunities.  This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media. This will include both warm and cold calling of target markets.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects and secure meetings.
• Work with the Regional Sales Executives to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
• Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Regional Sales Executive will speak to those needs.
• Log and review all data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all, information is accurate and documents are attached.
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field a plus.
• 1 year of prior lead generation or business to business inside sales experience using proven telephone sales techniques effectively.
• Proven ability and drive to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on a good telephone voice and excellent listening skills and ability to write grammatically correct.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint); ability to learn to successfully navigate a CRM tool within 90 days.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
