Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service/Pharmacy Technician to join a growing medical supply distributor in the Morrisville area.   This position includes supervisory duties and will need a certified pharm tech to assist with pulling of RX goods.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain inventory accounts of pharmaceutical items
• Update good into database and update paperwork associated
• Quote customers regarding service needs
• Issue return authorizations and credit memos
• Train new CSR’s on daily duties
• Assist customers with questions and researching accounts to find resolutions
• Picking pharmaceutical items and updating database

Requirements: 
• Associates Degree
• CPht and at least 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
