Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join a small commercial construction company in the Raleigh area. This position will report directly to the owner.
Responsibilities:
• perform bookkeeping for all financial transactions
• reconcile and balance all accounts
• complete month end closings
• present financial statements
• analyze financial data and produce financial reports
• administer accounts payable and accounts receivable
• process employee payroll
• calculate and prepare tax payments
• file tax reports
• assist with budget preparation
• complete external audit requirements
• Job Costing
• Ordering Office supplies
• Managing fleet and equipment rental
Requirements:
• 5+ years Bookkeeping/Accounting experience
• Sage Timberline experience required
• Construction Industry experience required
