Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Operations Specialist to join a local company in the Morrisville area.   This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with verifying and receiving of new incoming inventory from multiple vendors.
• Assist with recurring inventory counts
• Assist with quality control of all inventory going into the vault.
• Assists in the fulfillment of customer orders.
• Assist with customer returns by receiving them in Navision after a passing quality assessment
• Supports the manufacturing of inventory through data entry including stone allocations.
• Coordinates special requests by Sales and Marketing.
• Serve as backup Shipper and Receiver as needed

Requirements:

• BA in Business Administration or equivalent education and/or experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn multiple job functions
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal communications skills
