Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Lead Upholstery Sewer for a client of ours in the Garner/Clayton, NC area.  This position is a direct-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Train sewers and perform quality checks on finished goods
• Assist with the development of new product lines and with rolling out new products
• Sew fabrics and leathers to various types of furniture

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Furniture Upholstery in a Manufacturing environment
• Previous Lead experience is a plus
• Ability to perform various adjustments to industrial sewing machines
• Ability to operate single stitch, double stitch, serge, and tunnel tie sewing machines
