Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Order Entry Specialist to join an established company in the Holly Springs area. This position is responsible for receiving customer orders via email or fax and entering this order into the database. The Specialist will be entering heavy data and tracking all customer inventory and order requests.
• Enter sales orders into main database for customers and update all order update needs
• Identify shipping methods for customers and compare with Purchase Order updates
• Process and update all freight quotes in main database
• Review all customer sales orders for missing or incorrect information; follow up with customers on this information
• Track and review orders with customers via phone and email correspondence
• Identify re-ordering needs and back order dates for new items that need to be shipped to customers
• Process customer orders through database and manage any changes to orders based on customer approval
• Work with outside sales staff to manage all customer requests quickly
• Assist with any special requests as needed
• Assist Customer Service Manager with additional projects and responsibilities as needed
• Degree preferred
• 2 years of data entry experience; excellent typing skill set required
• MS Office knowledge
• Team player and desire to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience within the customer service industry is a plus
