Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join an established company in the Raleigh area. This position has frequent interaction with our customers and prospects, and is key to an excellent customer experience.
-Answer incoming calls and distribute appropriately.
-Screen customer help desk calls, troubleshoot/test – provide first level customer support.
-Generate service orders for installation and repair per customer request.
-Report telephone carrier trouble to providers and track to resolution.
-Maintain a positive outlook, pleasant manner and professional demeanor at all times to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Clean criminal record and pass a thorough background investigation
-Customer Service/telecommunications experience a plus but not required
