Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a growing organization in need of a Service Desk Specialist to join their staff.  This contract-hire employment opportunity is one where you will be a dual threat –responsible for both hands on and phone support for end users.   Growth is not only going to happen, it will be expected, but don’t be alarmed – they won’t put you in over your head.  They will also keep you up to date with the latest and greatest in technologies (both client side AND server side).  Our client is making a difference in the community and is looking for team players to join in their growth!

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong windows desktop and printer support. Working knowledge of Active Directory is also required.  Tasks would include inventory management, computer cloning/imaging and working collaboratively to solve end user issues. The ability to multi-task and assess risk and provide mitigation actions is preferred.  Great communication skills both written and verbal are required.  A+ certification is a plus and having a B.S. Degree will be given priority.

 Environment:  Windows 7, MS Office, imaging, Active Directory, VMWare, Windows Server 2008, PowerShell, VoIP
