Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Inbound Collector to join a local company in the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities:

-Handle incoming phone calls from borrowers regarding repayment of student loans.
-Perform skip trace activities.
-Identify all loan types and underlying rules that apply to each.
-Market loan consolidations and the incentive program to new borrowers.

Requirements:

-At least one year of customer service experience.
-Good keyboarding and mathematic skills
-Great attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to meet and manage customer expectations in a professional and timely manner
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Ability to work well with others in a friendly non-competitive environment
