Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer to join a global company in the Raleigh area.  This is a direct hire role with competitive salary and benefit package.

Requirements:
• Manage distinct storefront identities online with branding consistency through a strong sense of concept development, layout composition, color theory and typography
• Design and develop banner advertisements, website imagery and other multimedia materials, including (and especially) HTML newsletters
• Thoroughly understand history and best practices within the e-commerce industry and the web design community, stay current on trends impacting CSS, HTML, platform/browser specifications and graphic design tools, and specifically, understand how HTML emails must be coded for desktop and mobile mail clients
• Create, edit and maintain online graphics as required by the Internet Marketing & Merchandising Groups
• Work with the Creative Team and business owners on project requirements, timelines, mockups and functional designs
• Perform other duties as requested by the Executive Team to meet company goals

Requirements: 
• Associates degree in graphic design, marketing or a related field preferred
• Superb grasp of relevant Adobe Creative Cloud software applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc., and all online production techniques is required
• 2+ years of non-print media design and development experience required; an e-commerce environment strongly preferred
• 2+ years of HTML and CSS experience required; hand-coding abilities strongly preferred.
• Ability to follow existing style guidelines and contribute to the creation of new retail branding campaigns on an ongoing basis
• Experience in the golf industry would be helpful but is not required
• Experience in the retail industry would be helpful but is not required
• Experience creating HTML email templates and working with templates.
