Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Account Specialist to join a growing home goods distributor in the Raleigh area. This position will be responsible for building relationships with customers and providing support for ordering needs. This is a 3 month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customer accounts
• Enter orders into company database and ensure all sales of products and services are noted
• Work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
• Champion the customer experience for the full order to cash cycle
• Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy for shipping and billing
• Execute proactive techniques to keep customers engaged
• Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly
• Proactively manage order delays, back orders and any other order related issues
• Collaborate with Operations for special requests

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience in a customer facing role
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Analytical mindset when facing complex issues
