Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Corporate Recruiter to join a Global company in the Morrisville/Cary area.  This position will be involved in full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing and offer extension. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Deep Dive Sourcing; utilizing Social Media, Networks, internal database, LinkedIn and other tools
• Review resumes and conduct pre-screen interviews
• Create a candidate experience reflective of the culture
• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Serve as the point of contact for candidates during the interview process
• Partner effectively with the recruiting team, human resources business partners and hiring managers throughout recruitment process
• Maintain the applicant tracking system

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of recruiting experience is needed
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Experience with an applicant tracking system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Confident at quickly adapting to a changing work environment and priorities
