Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a distribution company in the Fuquay area. This is a direct hire opportunity to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities: 
• Work in a call center environment taking as many as 60 calls per day
• Answer customer questions and assist with order entry, order processing, and tracking orders
• Navigate multiple web based solutions to process customer requests.
• Update customer accounts in accordance with contact file maintenance.
• Handle catalog, literature and sample requests from customers.
• Assist with billing and accounting needs for clients
• Manage any special orders and/or back orders that arise

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of customer service, call center and sales experience required.
• High proficiency computer skills, to include multiple web based applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Outlook -and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Upbeat and positive personality
