Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for multiple Full Time overnight and also Part Time weekend positions in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate will have previous healthcare customer service experience.

Responsibilities:
• Work with vendors, customers, and clients on delivery needs
• Assist clients with any type of request and make sure that all processes are documented in database
• Receive heavy incoming phone calls regarding orders and make sure everything is completed from start to finish
• Schedule orders as needed
• Quote information for deliveries and make sure it is accurate in database system
• Maintain all documentation as needed

Requirements:
• Must have proven call center work experience in a high volume capacity
• MS Office required; must have excellent typing and data entry skills
• Basic understanding of healthcare insurance and processes
