Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Sales Support Associate to join an established athletic-wear distributor in the RTP area.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the designated Company sales managers / representatives in the administration of sales and service functions for targeted product markets, retail customers and partners
• Act as primary point of contact / liaison between sales executive and retail partners / sales representative groups regarding account capture/set-up / maintenance, including pricing, credit application, terms and conditions, retailer/resale certificates
• Serve as primary account alternate in the absence of the sales executive
• Sales reports
• Client and product presentations
• Sample packs / kits
• Travel arrangements
• Major account / store audits
• Outbound contact projects
• Provide support to assigned product/region outside sales representative groups / retail customers
• Serve as primary Point of Contact with assigned outside sales representative group / retail customers
• Pre-ticketing / special orders (coordination / shipping)
• New account creations (information capture / verification) within internal automated systems
• Support of all major accounts through product and market research
• Customer communication via phone and or email

Requirements:
• Retail sales account administration experience
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited, two / four year university or college
• Minimum 3 to 5 years sales / administrative support experience
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently based on “mission” type instructions / guidance
• Intermediate capability utilizing MS Office suite, including MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook (office automation)
• Ability to travel (occasional)
• Lift objects weighing 5 to 20 lbs. associated with standard office environment equipment / sales samples / marketing tools
