Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Documentation Assistant to join a local company in the Youngsville area.  This position provides administrative support to Engineering Team. The secondary responsibility is to assists in the responsibility is to manage the release, distribution and control of all documents under formal change control.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares documents as requested.
• Reviews published documentation and recommends revisions or changes in scope, format, context, etc. as needed
• Organizes and formats all documentation, which may include drawings, specifications, data sheets, charts, graphs, etc.
• Aids in scanning and filing Engineering Reports electronically and physically.
• Participates in special projects as required
• Aids in ensuring all documentation and project files are accurate, complete and up to date and distributes as required
• Aids in reviewing published documentation and recommends revisions or changes in scope, format, context, etc. as needed
• Prints maintenance forms for Maintenance Technician, log and file the maintenance forms once complete
• Aids in ensuring Engineering Change Notices and the associated approved documents revisions are released into the Medical System in accordance with approved procedures.
• Aids in ensuring Customer specification and specification changes are released into the system appropriately in accordance with approved procedures.
• Aids in ensuring that quality records (NMRs, CAPAs, Preventive Maintenance Records, Internal Audits, etc) are filed / maintained as required by applicable procedures
• Covers reception area as needed

Requirements:

• College or University program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent experience
• Strong writing skills
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain Microsoft Word Documents and Excel Spreadsheets
• Strong with solving practical problems
