Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join a large moving and storage company in the Wake Forest area.   This is a great job for a recent college graduate looking to jump-start their career.

Responsibilities:
• Enter shipment details into database
• Work directly with customers via phone and email to assist on shipment updates
• Confirm pick-up and delivery of loads
• If a problem arises, work with customer/carriers to find best solution
• Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
• Willing to work with others, collaborating and compromising where necessary; promptly share relevant information with others.
• Manage multiple tasks at one time; quickly and accurately shifts attention among multiple tasks under distracting conditions without loss of accuracy or appearance of frustration.

Requirements: 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Transportation or logistics experience a plus
• Retail, customer facing positions, service industry desirable
• MS Office proficiency
• Well organized
