Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Inside Sales Representative for a client of ours in Cary, NC. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Support the planned/budgeted growth of the organization
• Support Business Development efforts by following up on new and old leads
• Increase Sales through outbound lead calls from the organization’s database
• Service existing accounts and manage on-going customer relationships
• Assist in achieving goals related to revenue quota, pipeline, forecasts, and customer satisfaction
• Resolve post-sale administrative issues for the customer
• Support Marketing efforts for trade shows, website, white papers, and literature
• Provide Customer Service support for customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Must be self-motivated, professional, and a quick-thinker
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
