Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Contract Recruiter to join a local technology company in the Cary area. This is a 3 month contract assignment. This position is responsible for executing the staffing needs of the business through proactive partnering with managers, and recruiting networks within and outside of company.
Requirements:
-Consultation with Management Teams
-Provide required subject matter expertise to formulate a strategy for each position to ensure success in the market.
-Utilize a proactive, organized and strong customer service approach.
-Develop and implement talent attraction and sourcing strategies successful in reaching candidates not actively searching
-Responsibility for candidate generation, which includes (but is not limited to), cold calling, research, networking, internet and social media utilization, industry or community events, Boolean logic, job board mining and general sourcing of candidates.
-Conduct direct sourcing through targeted approach
-Assist hiring managers in developing and evaluating job descriptions by understanding the role and level of experience needed for the role. Provide coordination of the job posting / advertisement process. Expedite the process throughout the cycle working proactively with Compensation and -Reporting & Analytics to ensure a smooth and efficient posting process.
Requirements:
-BA/BS degree required.
– 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate of agency setting is required
-Proven experience in developing position specific strategies in a fast paced work environment.
-Working knowledge of MS Office suite of software applications to include: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
-Must have full life cycle recruiting experience.
