Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Director of Manufacturing to join a leading manufacturer in the Raleigh/Durham area.   This position required travel 75% of the time, both domestic and some international.  This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant operations in manufacturing plants all over the country.
• Process and continuous improvement efforts, waste reduction, reporting, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead and engage Operators, Supervisors, Engineers, etc.

Requirements:

• Must have lean manufacturing experience
• Six sigma certification
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline required
• Experience in the printing, packaging, paper, or coating industry a plus
