Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Recruiter/ HR Coordinator to join an established company in the Cary area. This position will be the channel between candidates, new hires, and the Recruiting and Human Resources Dept. It will be responsible for interview coordination with candidates and on-boarding process for new hires are remarkable experiences.
• Scheduling all onsite interviews for various office locations across multiple time zones
• Solving any last minute interview schedule changes
• Booking candidate travel (flight, hotel, ground transportation etc.)
• Generating candidate interview schedules
• Supporting Recruiting and HR department
• Drafting employment agreements
• Scheduling and coordinating new hire activities
• Assisting with on-boarding administrative tasks
• Filing new hire paperwork
• Solid experience with heavy scheduling
• Sharp attention to detail
• Experience with Google applications (calendar, gmail, hangouts)
• Ability to shift priorities last minute
• Impeccable organization skills
• Experience communicating with teams at all levels
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
