Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Operations Associate for a client of ours in Cary, NC.

Responsibilities

• Handle credit card services/research transactions for members
• Monitor ATM services
• Post payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Perform daily balancing and settlement of member accounts
• Maintain and update member account information in bank’s database
• Assist customers with online banking support

Requirements

• Back-Office Banking experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, V-lookups)
• Understanding of basic Accounting principles
