Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Sales Support Specialist to join a growing distributor in the Durham area.  They are looking for a proactive, critical thinking, and detail oriented individual. Responsibilities:

– Performing customer service
– Working with high profile customers over the phone
– Supporting sales and internal team members
– Helping to process orders and handling order entry
– Working with price agreements and rebates
– Looking up exceptions for prices
– Liaison between sales, warehouse and AR department–supporting 15 sales reps in total

Requirements:

– Experience in a customer service or support role
– Solid communication skills
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Able to pass a background and drug screen
