Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join an established medical device distributor in the Morrisville area.  The ideal candidate will have solid tenure and previous experience in a customer service or order fulfillment role.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls from sales reps, distributors and customers regarding the order fulfillment process
• Handle order entry, order processing, and tracking orders
• Issue credits and debits to accounts and send out return material authorizations
• Maintaining customer accounts

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service capacity
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to pass a background and drug screening
