Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer in the Durham area who is looking for a Development Process Technician. This is a direct hire, 3rd shift position!
Responsibilities:
- Technician will set up tools in machinery, run first time production, inspect product
- Technician will write procedures for mass production
- Technician will train operators
Requirements:
- Candidates must have an associate’s degree in science, physics, or engineering or equivalent military background
- Candidates must be familiar with cleanroom protocol
- Candidates must be able to work 3rd shift
- Knowledge of die bonders, reflow ovens, microscopes, and various surface mount technology tools a plus
