Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a growing client in Morrisville, NC seeking a Sr. Technical Support Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time employee position with this company. In this role, you will be responsible for Tier III support for technical issues pertaining to their product (you will get specific training on their product offering). Additionally, you will interact with end customers both remotely as well as in person to identify hardware and software issues within their product. This role does require 50% travel, so being able to travel to client sites is a key component of this role.

Environment: Wi-Fi, wireless, 802.11, SQL, TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, Microsoft Server, CWNA, CCNA.
