Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Accounting Assistant to join a global distributor in the Raleigh area. This position will need to be a self-starter with high attention to detail and customer service experience. Recent College graduates with at least one year of experience are also encouraged to apply.
-Prepare and ensure that all customer invoices are billed accurately, consistently within the customer’s requirements and timely
-Verifies the products and services performed are correct and all required documentation is submitted with invoicing according to the customers SOP
-Assist with adjustment of invoices
-Assist with Travel and Entertainment reimbursement
-Prepare Excel reports for managers and staff
-Perform collection calls and emails on outstanding accounts
-1-2 years of experience as a billing invoice specialist in an ERP System
-Excellent computer skills including the ability to learn new computer software
-Ability to handle high volume
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task required
