Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a national service provider in the Cary area. This is a temp-to-hire position and the hours are Mon-Friday 8am-5 pm.
-Answer requests from customer via telephone, mail or Email, analyze and respond to request or forward request to individual or department that could best handle request.
-Able to answer 12 calls per hour and maintain a monthly monitoring and quality average
-Resolve customer issues related to billing, customer service, and collection or service.
-Maintain liaison with other departments to ensure customer’s request was completed.
-Able to utilize System to effect collection activity, issue re-bills, name/address changes and other account corrections based on customer’s contact.
-Customer service policies and procedures.
-Collections policies and procedures.
-Billing rates and surcharges.
-Calculation of customer bills.
-Internal plumbing problems causing water leakage.
-Various meter types, meter installations and identification.
-Must be a high school graduate or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Must have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service environment.
-Must have excellent verbal communication skills; Spanish bi-lingual abilities a plus.
-Must be capable of attaining a working knowledge of billing procedures along with knowledge of company policies and procedures.
