Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Commercial Real Estate Leasing Associate to join an established firm in the Raleigh area. This position is needed to provide a forum by which the listed projects can sell or lease space and the Associate can become successful in all aspects of earning commissions through leasing and brokerage activities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduate that has an interest in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities:
-Development of thorough product knowledge including construction methods and materials, location advantages and quality features of our products and those of our competition;
-Development of thorough knowledge of our competition, their strengths and weaknesses and how to successfully compete against them;
-Development of prospective tenants by direct face-to-face cold calling, networking within the general business community and utilizing the commercial and residential brokerage community (Cold calling is an integral part of this position and should remain a part of the day-to-day activities);
-Assisting in design and production of leasing materials including formal brochures necessary for the effective marketing of our products or listings;
-Establishment of personal and Company leasing or brokerage objectives, with evaluations of performance against these objectives on a frequent basis;
-Contributing to a creative marketing program that successfully maximizes overall success;
-Preparation of lease proposals, coordination of tenant floor plans, negotiation of lease agreements;
-Develop relations with brokerage community and regulatory agencies in order to generate prospects, deals and to maximize exposure;
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree is required
-6 months to 1 year of internship or work experience within a related field
-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Intermediate to advanced computer skills are needed
