Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Banking Customer Service Representative to join a leading financial institution in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends. We are looking for eager professionals with strong communication skills and a great personality!

Responsibilities:
-Work in a call center environment taking calls from customers answering questions and researching client accounts
– Manage heavy workload and assist multiple departments in resolving client needs
– Assist callers with checking/savings accounts, overdue payments, and various other banking needs
-Assist with light troubleshooting needs including Resetting passwords and website navigation
– Input confidential client information into company database

Requirements:
-Previous Customer Service Experience (retail, call center, restaurant, etc.)
-Banking Experience preferred
-Excellent personality and communication skills
-Able to pass a drug and background screening (lifetime background)
-Flexible to work nights and weekends
