Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Product Support Technician to join a leading medical device manufacturer in the RTP area.  This position will join their Operations/Logistics team. Candidates must have previous customer support and troubleshooting background. Support Technician will log customer interactions, follow up with customers, track product, and perform root cause failure analysis investigations. Candidate will enter warranty replacement orders and return orders using an ERP system. Candidates with electronic testing and troubleshooting a plus.
