Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join a global medical device company in the RTP area. This position is with a dynamic organization in growth mode.
Responsibilities:
• Posts open positions ensuring compliance of the applicant tracking system and review applicant resumes. Screens and forwards qualified candidates on for hiring manager review.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring manager and interview team.
• Act as liaison with internal management teams, hiring teams, interview panels, employment agencies, advertising agencies/avenues, universities and other recruiting related personnel and organizations.
• Maintain processes and metrics for evaluating and fulfilling talent needs and improving efficiencies.
• Build and maintain Affirmative Action Program – educate hiring managers on processes and procedures implemented with AAP.
• Complete a detailed job scope conversation with the hiring manager to determine position specifications.
• Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using sophisticated Boolean search language.
• Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
• Prepare candidates for interviews; providing logistical information, interview schedule, appropriate attire and follow up.
• Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of five or more years experience working in an in-house, RPO or agency recruitment.
• Experience with Affirmative Action Programs highly desired
• Experience recruiting Medical Device Sales/Pharmaceutical Sales Professionals preferred
