Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a major medical device organization in the Morrisville area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a call center environment placing outbound phone calls and taking inbound phone calls from customers
• Place orders and track information in system
• Work in SAP to process orders and update account information
• Follow up with customers on ordering needs
• Work with collections department to manage accounting and billing needs
• Partner with distribution team to update inventory levels, handle back orders, and update shipping process
• Expedite orders as needed
• Maintain all client documentation in database system

Requirements:

• Degree preferred
• At least 3 years in an order entry and customer service environment
• Healthcare and medical device experience desirable
• Strong MS Office proficiency required; SAP experience preferable
