• Map processes from order entry through manufacturing through fulfillment across the organization
• Work with employees at all levels to identify and prioritize continuous improvement projects
• Identify and implement world class business processes
• Mentor site Continuous Improvement Managers on Black Belt projects
• Identify and implement training programs across all levels in order to build a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement

Requirements: 

• 5+ years working with industrial batch mixing processes; two part reactive adhesives preferred
• Lean-Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent chemical industry experience; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in successfully managing organizational change
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
• Excellent oral and written communication across all levels of an organization
• Strong project management experience
